NOSH is proud to boast a strong relationship with local farms to bring seasonal fare to our tables, local breweries to share Vermont’s premium craft beers through our taps, and wineries to fill your glasses with reds, whites and rosé all day.

Opened December 2018 by restaurateur Kevin Siebrecht, NOSH is bringing back the days of valet, reservations, and birthday dinners on us!
