I don’t care if they’re a regional chain! Wings Over Burlington is my first choice when I need delivery food in Burlington. The chicken is fresh and juicy and comes smothered in any of 23 fantastically flavored sauces. The ribs are melt-in-your-mouth amazing. The onion rings? The best I’ve ever tasted, a sweet fresh onion coated in a batter that is neither heavy nor greasy....
